This double sided piece hung in the 2018 exhibition Our Common Thread at the Joan Hisaoka Gallery. Two graphite drawings adhered to a wooden circle, it was inspired by the theme of the exhibition, the ties that bind us. It honors the unequivocal love and bonds that we form and carry through life: one of the most important universal truths we share and experience as human beings.
